Blake achieved on of his goals this morning. A 500lb dead lift (ok, it was actually 505). Congratulations. What are some of your goals? Do you have a plan to attain them? Are you on track?

  1. Strong work Blake, my goal is to also DL 500+ and do muscle-ups. Oh and consistent double unders....what can I say I got a long list. Hope y'all have had a good time training, I can't wait to be back at the shed doing grown man work!!
